Are you a couple who dream of living together? Then this double room is for you. You will find a double sofa bed, two work desks, two wardrobes, a bookcase and a table where you can eat your meals together. In the kitchenette you will find plenty of storage space, a refrigerator, a 2-burner induction cooker and a kettle. In the bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin with cabinet and mirror.

Price for the whole room (depends on the duration of the lease): 2800-3300 PLN / month – includes service charges, utilities and internet
Area: approx. 22 m²
Deposit: the equivalent of one month’s rent

Building amenities: wi-fi, laundry, living room, reception, security, parking, bicycle parking, outdoor table tennis table, boules court. Our living room is equipped with comfortable sofas and study/work stations, TV, board games and a football table.

TRIO residents’ meetings

Our residents can benefit from numerous community meetings. We invite you to regular events – game evenings, yoga mornings on the terrace, creative classes (painting, ceramics, gingerbread decorating) and walks together around the historical monuments of Krakow. Follow events on our Instagram!

Living Room

Our residents can use a living room located near the reception, equipped with comfortable sofas and study/work stations, a TV, board games and table football. Student meetings, games and workshops are regularly held here. Watch our profile on Instagram for a calendar of upcoming events.

Terrace, gym, playground

Our residents enjoy the beautiful green areas inside the Trio Krakow development. A green patio with a terrace, gym, benches, table tennis table and boules court await you.

Cycling space

We encourage our residents to use bicycles. We have prepared bike racks for you – they are set up on the patio and in the garage area. If you cannot find them, please ask at reception.

Laundry

There is a self-service laundry service on the dormitory premises. There is an additional charge for the use of the machines.
